This office was damaged by a broken pipe from a floor above.  This floor and the one below suffered significant water damage.  SERVPRO of Gold Coast / Lincoln Park / Lakeview was onsite immediately to begin the mitigation process.  Thanks to a quick response from our team, this office was up & running fast! 

Here is a picture of a commercial fire loss.  This stairway was heavily damaged by a fire.  SERVPRO of Gold Coast / Lincoln Park / Lakeview was on site to begin the mitigation process.  Smoke & soot travel everywhere in a fire and it is important to have this professionally cleaned.  

Flood waters can cause serious damage to a business.  As you can see from this picture our SERVPRO technician is using an extractor to remove the excess water in the carpet of this office.   

This damage was caused by a small fire in part of this retail store.  The sprinkler system went on due to the fire, which not only resulted in fire damage but water damage as well.
