Recently, there was a broken water pipe in a condo on the ninth floor of our building in Downtown Chicago. The resulting water damage was horrendous. SERVPRO came immediately.
We cannot begin to tell you how terrific all the men were. They came when they said they would come; they answered all my questions (even my foolish ones as we had never had a flood previously). The workers were all just outstanding!! We had de-humidifiers for two weeks. The dining room wooden floor was pulled up. Now we learn that the kitchen and hallways floors will have to come up, as well, and possibly more. Through all of this, you men were top-notch! We cannot praise them enough.
